Maryellen
Molyneaux, President and Managing Partner
Maryellen began her career in health and wellness in 1970.
Her range of expertise includes retail and corporate management,
international consulting, new product development, consumer
packaged goods marketing and market research management. Maryellen's
knowledge of health and wellness products spans over 90 product
categories, and her work is published in a variety of reports
and articles. She is also a frequent speaker at industry conferences
and professional planning/ideation sessions.

Steve French, Executive Vice President,
Managing Partner
Steve has over 20 years of marketing and sales management
experience with Marriott, PepsiCo, and Mars. His specific
experience includes development and direction across a wide
variety of consumer brands. Steve's expertise includes general
management, product development, brand management, acquisitions,
new ventures, food service marketing, and market research
management. Steve has also published numerous reports and
articles and is a frequent speaker at industry conferences.

Gregory J. Stephens, Vice President of
Strategic Consulting
Greg brings 25 years of specialized expertise in the nutrition
and pharmaceutical industries to NMI. His background includes
sales, marketing, strategic planning, clinical research and
regulatory affairs for companies such as Nurture, Inc and
Ross Nutritional Products Division of Abbott Laboratories.
He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Nutrition
from Georgia State University and is a Registered Dietitian
with the American Dietetic Association. Greg is a frequent
author of published articles, a contributing editor for Nutraceuticals
World Magazine and has spoken at industry events such as
Natural Products Expo, Supply Side, American Dietetic Association,
and American Healthcare Association to name a few.

Diane Ray, Vice President of Strategic Innovation
Diane
brings 25 years of market research, new product conceptualization and
strategic consulting expertise to her role at NMI. Previously,
she was founder of Partnerships for Innovation, a firm specializing
in market research and creative processes for various business
objectives from new product development to strategic planning. She
has provided technical capabilities, cross-functional team
experience, marketing insights and an international perspective
to international corporations such as Astra-Zeneca, Johnson & Johnson,
Kimberly-Clark Corporation, CIBA Vision, Campbell’s
Soup Co, Herr Foods, Armstrong World Industries, Pergo, Inc,
PECO Energy, Eastman Kodak, NASA and Sprint to name only
a few. She has also consulted with a variety of non-profit
organizations. Diane holds a Master’s degree in Business
Administration from the Wharton School of the University
of Pennsylvania.

Linda Povey, Vice President of Strategic Consulting
As a marketing strategist and brand creator for the past twenty-five years, Linda has developed enduring brands from strategic concept through creative execution for a wide range of best in class consumer organizations. As Vice President of Strategic Consulting for NMI, Linda integrates health, wellness and sustainability trends into the brand identities and product offerings of clients including Nestlé, Coca Cola, McCormick, Bausch & Lomb, Honest Tea and Canyon Ranch. Linda received a B.A. in Art History and Political Science from Ithaca College and is a Professor of Brand Strategy and Account Planning at the University of the Arts in Philadelphia.

Jorge Santos, Vice President of Strategic Consulting
Prior
to joining NMI, Jorge’s 30-year career was focused
on marketing and new product development leadership roles
within the CPG marketplace. He served as Global Business
Director at Accenture, Marketing Services in London where
he was responsible for opening new markets and expanding
on existing markets. At MasterFoods (Mars) he served in
numerous global roles including General Manager of the
Iberia (Spain/Portugal) region, Regional Marketing Director
in South Europe and Marketing Director in Canada. He also
held domestic and international marketing and new business
development roles at Uncle Bens and RJR Nabisco. Jorge
earned a MBA from the University of Toledo and a Bachelor
of Commerce from the University of Toronto.

Nancy
White, Director of Marketing
Nancy
brings nearly 20 years of marketing and public relations
expertise to NMI. She has worked for a variety of advertising
and marketing firms developing integrated marketing, public
relations and sales promotion programs for business to business
and consumer clients in industries such as healthcare, insurance,
consumer packaged goods, utilities, environmental science
and financial services. Specific client experience includes
Aetna Health Inc., Aventis Environmental Science, Holy Redeemer
Health System, Hahnemann University, Commerce Bancorp, US
Energy Partners, Devault Foods, Filippo Berio Olive Oil,
Pennsylvania Dutch Beverages and American Family Brands.

Jan Nash, Director of Market Research
Ms. Nash, with an M.A. in Applied Market Research, equips
the NMI team with 17 years of market research experience
in the consumer and pharmaceutical industries. Her expertise
includes both qualitative and quantitative research. She
has performed primary research for companies such as ABC
News, Associated Press, AT&T, Burger King, Hewlett Packard,
IBM, People Magazine, Six Flags Theme Parks, The Discovery
Channel, The Washington Post, Aventis, Ortho-McNeil, Pfizer,

Gwynne Rogers, LOHAS
Business Director
Gwynne's specialty, strategic analysis and planning for LOHAS
related companies, evolves from her Masters in Environmental
Management and MBA from Duke University. She brings five years of
specific experience in environmental marketing where she served
various companies such as Pitney Bowes, Advanced Coal Technologies,
and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.

Kirsten Wingenbach, Director of Advanced
Analytics
Kirsten's 20 years of research experience includes federally funded academic
research and strategic planning for a major advertising agency. Creative and
well-rounded, Kirsten has developed functional expertise in segmentation research,
customer satisfaction, product/line optimization, media research, advertising
tracking, and predictive modeling. She has a BA from Michigan State University
and has completed extensive graduate course work in research methodology and
statistics through multivariate at the doctoral level.
Robert McNabb, Business Director
Bob has more than 13 years of market research, analysis
and business development expertise. For NMI and various leading
marketing research suppliers, he has worked with a variety
of clients in the consumer packaged goods and healthcare industries
including: Heinz, Garden of Life, Kemin, Lundberg Family Farms,
USP, Coca-Cola, Unilever Home & Personal Care, Sara Lee,
Merck Schering-Plough, and Roche. Bob holds a Bachelor of Science
degree in Mathematics from the University of Pittsburgh.
