Business Viability

Beyond category/competitive analysis, consumer research activities, and other quantitative insight, the eventual success or failure should be analyzed and projected. As such, within the Business Viability stage, NMI can assimilate all of the findings from our previous research to determine sales potential, estimated spending levels, and overall financial analysis.

More specifically, volumetric estimates are developed with a variety of modeling techniques, which integrate sales data, marketplace dynamics, and consumer trends. Ultimately, sales projections are made and incorporated into detailed profit and loss statements (P&Ls) to determine the short and long-term viability of a business.
