Returning to Medical Facilities Wave 3

This report focuses on how personality influences consumer willingness to return to medical facilities for routine or postponed treatments and procedures.

This is wave 3 of this study. We surveyed 1,000 consumers, many with significant medical conditions. The report details their medical behavior during the pandemic and their intentions towards returning to routine medical activities; includes patients with cancer, diabetes, and heart disease, among others.

In this wave 3 of the investigation, we chart the changes which have taken place since June and September 2020 and analyze the important trends in the market.

The basis for this report is a six-type segmentation that explains how personality, wholly permanent, drives behaviors even during a major crisis, such as the COVID-19 pandemic.

If you need to understand the behaviors of patients, you will find this report very valuable.
